Justin, I have a question, what harm is there in having a personal publication (other than the follower number)? I have 3, one for my satire/hard-hitting commentary, one for my serious business/trade articles, one for my wine/food articles. This way I have a categorization for the topics I write on. Anything that I don't have in a larger publication can be more easily found by topic, and... here is where I'm not following you, having a personal publication doesn't change my personal home page whatsoever. So if someone is following me directly, it doesn't change that they see everything, however, if they want to read my witty insights into wine, but think I'm a terrible satirist, they can follow one pub but not me.
